Client:
Under the Astana Water Supply and Sewerage project, work began at Lake Vycheslavka with a 23 m–diameter intake structure extending 21 m below the water surface (210,000 m³/day capacity) and associated pumping facilities feeding the main transmission line, and concluded in the city center with the construction of a 100,000 m³/day Drinking Water Treatment Plant. The water-supply package included 150 km of network pipelines and installation of 150,000 water meters. Rehabilitation of the Sewerage Treatment Plant and construction of new units brought capacity to 136,000 m³/day, including rehabilitation of 17 intermediate pumping stations. Set Stroy completed numerous work items on this project, including reinforced concrete works, finishing works, plant walls, pipelines, pump-station rehabilitation, process installations, and more.
