Client:
Prior to this project, the existing wastewater treatment plant performed mechanical and biological treatment. Under the Taldykol Phase-4 project, the following new facilities were added to the existing plant:
– Re-Treatment Plant (Main Treatment Building), 7,128 m²
– Chemical Building (for preparation of coagulant chemicals), 1,530 m²
– Sub-Station (to meet the system’s electrical needs)
– Guard House
– Fuel Warehouse
A new chemical treatment building—planned between the Re-Treatment Plant, the S12 Discharge Pump Station, and the Ultra-Violet building—houses 32 sand tanks (254,000 m³/day capacity), two rapid treatment tanks, and associated process equipment. Once the new facility was commissioned, treated water from the existing plant was safely discharged into the river passing through residential areas. Our company executed all reinforced concrete works, precast elements, embedded items, and steel installations on this project.
