Abu Dhabi Plaza is one of Astana’s—and Kazakhstan’s—most iconic buildings. This mixed-use development offers 500,000 m² of enclosed space. The project includes five towers, a four-level underground parking garage, and atop it a two-level shopping mall. The main tower rises 75 floors to a height of 310 m. One tower is designed as hotel + residential, the main tower as office + residential, two towers as office only, and one tower as residential. Our company was responsible for mobilization and reinforced concrete works on this project.
