Orchard Residences is located in Yubileny, an elite district of Almaty. The residential complex welcomes residents and guests with a stylish lobby and reception area on par with five-star hotel lounges. It comprises 47 ultra-luxury apartments ranging from 198 m² to 465 m². The complex features a conference hall, a swimming pool, a children’s playroom, and electric vehicle charging stations.
