Aybin Kurilis’s investment project, the Korkem 4 Residential Complex, is located on Mangilik El Boulevard, one of Astana’s famous thoroughfares. The Korkem 4 site comprises nine blocks ranging from 7 to 11 storeys. Ground floors are designated for commercial use, upper floors for residential use, and there is a large enclosed parking garage in the basement. Our company carried out earthworks, reinforced concrete works, and partial finishing works at the Korkem 4 Residential Complex.
